What's the Process?
The order is placed, and you’ll receive a swift confirmation email. That is to inform you that we’ve started processing it. This processing takes 0-2 working days (Monday-Friday).
Once dispatched, you can look forward to your tracking details and follow your order’s journey. Enter the track info for your order here. Our delivery usually takes about 3-4 working days (Monday-Friday).
What If It's Late?
First off, make sure to check your tracking code. If the package still hasn’t arrived in time, reach out to us support@mornado.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
Order Changes
We are happy to accommodate order changes or even cancellations. First step is always to email us as soon as possible to support@mornado.com. We can do pretty much anything until the order is shipped. Once it's on its way though, you'll simply have to carry on with our full return / refund process.
Order Issues
Package arrived, you are excited, unwrap it and see something's wrong? What can happen:
- damages
- wrong size
- color doesn't fit
- completely different product etc.
