Shipping Information
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve started processing it. Processing usually takes 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday). Once dispatched, you’ll be sent tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey. You can track your order here. Standard delivery takes about 3-4 working days (Monday-Friday).

Country and Cost of Delivery
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within Australia.

Possible Delays
If your order has not arrived after the standard processing and shipping timeframe, please allow up to 2 additional working days. Be sure to check your tracking code. If the package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@mornado.com with your order number.

Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@mornado.com. We will be happy to help you, but once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. Therefore, we recommend that you act quickly.

Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Goods
Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we always strive to deliver goods in perfect condition. However, if you receive damaged goods or a product other than the one you ordered, please write to us at support@mornado.com and attach photos. Once we have verified everything, we will arrange for a replacement and delivery of the correct or undamaged goods.
