What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Order Processing: 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday)
- Shipping Time: 3-4 working days (Monday - Friday)
Is the return shipping free?
No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive a refund after I return an item?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method. For more information, check our Return and Refund Policy.
What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM AEST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM AEST are processed the next business day.
