How To Return an Item

Goods that meet the conditions for return can be returned within 30 days of delivery, no matter the reason. If you wish to initiate the return process, please contact us at support@mornado.com. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all original tags. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day period has expired. 

In order to start the return process first email us at support@mornado.com. Once we have approved your request, we will send you the necessary shipping information and instructions for the return itself. When packing the goods, please ensure that they are carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive your goods and inspect them, we will refund your money to your original payment method. This process usually takes up to 7 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanging Goods

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, please email us at support@mornado.com with details of the exchange you would like to make. We will be happy to assist you and guide you through the process.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@mornado.com. We will be happy to help you, but once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. Therefore, we recommend that you act quickly.

Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we always strive to deliver goods in perfect condition. However, if you receive damaged goods or a product other than the one you ordered, please write to us at support@mornado.com and attach photos. Once we have verified everything, we will arrange for a replacement and delivery of the correct or undamaged goods.
