FAQ

    ☑︎ Wondering How To Start Returns?

    First off, take a good look at what you want to return. Common sense (and our policy) dictates that it must look like new, so no wear & tear and tags still properly attached. If you think it's ok, let us know at support@mornado.com to start the process. And a stern heads up - if you contact us later than 30 days after delivery, we will not process your return request.

    When your return request is approved, the fellas will let you know all you need to know - shipping address and return instructions. Needless to say, pay extra attention to packaging and use a delivery service with tracking. As mentioned above, you'll have to take care of the return shipping costs.

    ☑︎ What's The Refund Policy?

    First off, expect an email confirmation that your package is safe and sound with us. That email starts a 7 day clock, i.e. that's our deadline to return your money (to the same payment method you used when you originally shopped with us). And a bit of a good news, there is no extra costs for you associated with restocking, so your money will return in full.

    ☑︎ Swaps & Exchanges

    We're super open to swaps! They're quite similar to returns, first you send our stuff back and then we'll send you the new stuff, easy peasy. Start a convo with us at support@mornado.com with the juicy details of the exchange you fancy.

    ☑︎ Order Changes

    We are happy to accommodate order changes or even cancellations. First step is always to email us as soon as possible to support@mornado.com. We can do pretty much anything until the order is shipped. Once it's on its way though, you'll simply have to carry on with our full return / refund process.

    ☑︎ Order Issues

    Package arrived, you are excited, unwrap it and see something's wrong? What can happen:

    • damages
    • wrong size
    • color doesn't fit
    • completely different product etc.

    Whatever dissatisfies you, we're here. Please let us know at support@mornado.com and attach photos and a short description. We'll be in touch and find a solution.
